A featherweight battle between Rani Yahya and Josh Clopton, along with a women’s bantamweight fight between Amanda Nunes and Sheila Gaff, have been slated for the UFC 163 fight card on Aug. 3 at the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, according to UFC officials.

Yahya (18-7) has won three of his past four fights in his return to featherweight, while Clopton (6-1) will look to bounce back after losing his UFC debut via unanimous decision against Steven Siler at the TUF 14 Finale last December.

Gaff (10-5-1) also suffered a loss in her UFC debut when she was knocked out in the first round by Sara McMann at UFC 159. Nunes (7-3) will be making her UFC debut at the event. She has lost two of her past three Invicta FC fights.

UFC 163 is headlined by Jose Aldo defending his UFC featherweight title against Anthony Pettis.

Sara McMann will face her toughest opponent to date at the second UFC on FOX Sports 1 event when she squares off against former Strikeforce champion Sarah Kaufman on Aug. 28 in Indianapolis, according to FUEL TV’s Ariel Helwani on ‘UFC Tonight’.

McMann, who is 7-0 in her career and a former Olympic silver medalist, won her UFC debut at UFC 159 when she knocked out Sheila Gaff in the first round.

Kaufman will be making her UFC debut at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. She defeated Leslie Smith in a split decision at Invicta FC 5 this past April in her last fight.

Nogueira won that contest via unanimous decision.
