Former Strikeforce light heavyweight champ Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal (7-1) gives his thoughts on the Strikeforce heavyweight World Grand Prix tournament. Lawal agrees that pitting Fabricio Werdum against Alistair Overeem in the opening round, only to have Werdum fight Overeem again for the Strikeforce heavyweight title, if Werdum wins the tournament, makes little sense.

In the video Lawal is on his way to the airport to catch a flight to Amsterdam to begin training for his next fight when he hopes to return in June.
