Strikeforce heavyweight champion Alistair Overeem answers fan questions via video blog and is asked “who was his toughest opponent,” and who has “hit him the hardest.”
The “Demolition Man” says his toughest opponent has been himself, and credits fellow Strikeforce Grand Prix tournament participant Sergei Kharitonov with the hardest punch.
“When your tired in the ring, your not in good shape, your fighting two opponents. Your opponent and yourself.”
