Former UFC heavyweight champ Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira is back training after healing from surgery to repair a broken right humerus. Nogueira suffered the broken arm after a Dec. 10, 2011 rematch versus Frank Mir at UFC 140. Mir had the Brazilian in a kimura submission, but Nogueira refused to tap leaving Mir little choice but to break the arm.
In the video, provided by GracieMag.com, Nogueira is shown performing some light sparring drills at the Team Nogueira training facility in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
