The great Fedor Emelianenko will make his return to the cage later tonight (Sat., Jan. 26, 2019) at Bellator 214 from inside The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., and do so as a sizable underdog to heavyweight opponent Ryan Bader.
Bellator 214 is exclusive to Paramount Network (formerly Spike TV) in the United States. Check your local providers. It will also be streamable online via DAZN.
According to our friends over at Bovada, Fedor is currently situated as a +220 underdog for his main event this evening that will ultimately determine the winner of Bellator’s Heavyweight Grand Prix tournament. As for Bader, he’s slated as a -280 favorite, which is pretty surprising considering tonight will be just his third fight at the heavyweight level.
Also gracing the main card is featherweight phenom Aaron Pico, who will try to capture his fifth-straight victory inside of the Bellator MMA cage with a win over veteran finisher Henry Corrales. Pico, who is widely regarded as one of the best prospects in the sport, comes in as a massive -500 favorite, while Corrales sneaks in as a +350 underdog.
If you’re feeling lucky tonight a parlay involving Fedor and Corrales would surely get the blood pumping. But that would mean you’re betting against Bader, who is undefeated in Bellator at 4-0, and Pico, who has racked off four-straight first-round knockout finishes.
Here are the rest of Bellator 214’s main card odds:
Ryan Bader (-280) vs. Fedor Emelianenko (+220)
Aaron Pico (-500) vs. Henry Corrales (+350)
Jack Hager (-700) vs. J.W. Kiser (+450)
Juan Archuleta (-250) vs. Ricky Bandejas (+195)
