Live tonight from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut, Bellator Fighting Championships hosts it’s final event of the Summer Series capping off with the final of the Featherweight Tournament.
Bellator 48 features a nine bout card, with a four bouts airing live on MTV2 in the U.S. (The Score in Canada) which kicks off at 9PM EST (6PM PST).
Featured bouts include the featherweight tournament final between Season Two lightweight tournament winner Pat Curran, and Brazilian Marlon Sandro. While Bellator heavyweight champ Cole Konrad takes on former UFC/Strikeforce contender Paul Buentello in a non-title match.
Remaining matches on the main card include a 230 lb catchweight bout between former UFC heavyweight champ Ricco Rodriguez and ‘Kimbo Killer’, Seth Petruzelli. While lightweights Juan Barrantes and Rene Nazare round out the rest of the main card.
