Bellator Fighting Championships continues with it’s eight season tonight, featuring the Bellatir 86: Askren vs. Amoussou event.

Playing host to tonight’s live event is the WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma with prelim action kicking off at 8pm EST (5pm PST) on the web at Bellator.com, the action then switches to Spike TV at 10pm EST (7pm PST) for the main card.

The second Spike TV event is headlined by a welterweight title match between defending champ Ben Askren who takes on Season Six tourny winner Karl Amoussou. The event also marks the debut of Muhammed ‘King Mo’ Lawal who takes on Przemyslaw Mysiala in the final opening quarterfinal bout of the light heavyweight tournament.

Also featured is the opening round of the welterweight tournament featuring bouts between Douglas Lima vs. Michail Tsarev, Ben Saunders vs. Koffi Adzitso, Brent Weedman vs. Marius Zaromskis and Raul Amaya vs. Jose Gomes.
