Another interesting fight is in the worked for the UFC on Fox 19 event in April.
UFC on Fox 19 only has three confirmed fights so far, but all three look like they should be pretty interesting. The third one was confirmed with sources by MMA Fighting earlier today, and will take place in the lightweight division. The combatants? Beneil Dariush and Michael Chiesa.
Dariush (12-1, 6-1 UFC) is on a five-fight winning streak, most recently defeating Michael Johnson by close decision in August. He also holds wins over the likes of Jim Miller and Daron Cruickshank.
Chiesa (13-2, 6-2 UFC), the TUF 15 winner, is coming off a submission win over Miller in December. He has won three Fight of the Night and one Submission of the Night bonuses in his eight UFC fights overall.
UFC on Fox 19 doesn’t have a location or venue yet, but will go down on April 16th. The other announced bouts for the card will see Khabib Nurmagomedov taking on Tony Ferguson, and Shogun Rua tangling with Rashad Evans.
