Michael Bisping vs Daniel Cormier super-fight? Gegard Mousasi? Several fighters have offered to step in for Jon Jones at UFC 200.
Shortly after Jon Jones was pulled out of UFC 200 stemming from an out-of-competition drug test by USADA, several fighters have offered to step in. This included heavyweight Roy Nelson, and now Gegard Mousasi, who are both fighting on this same weekend.
Mousasi, who held light heavyweight titles in DREAM and Strikeforce, is willing to move back up and compete in a 5-round title bout against Daniel Cormier.
@danawhite @lorenzofertitta @ufc I am ready to replace Jon Jones against @dc_mma for the LHW Belt or Main Event. Call me.

I was the last LHW Strikeforce Champion. I will be the next LHW @ufc Champion if given this fight. @danawhite

Another high-profile volunteer is current middleweight champion Michael Bisping. He recently stepped up as a late replacement to take Luke Rockhold’s title, and it looks like he is willing to try and do the same against Cormier on even shorter notice.
2 months, 2 weeks, 2 days…… Hmmm middle vs light heavy???? I stand by my words. I’d do it!

Nelson or Mousasi make sense since they’ve already had full camps, but I have to admit, I’d rather watch this champion vs champion bout even for a very small chance that Bisping shocks the MMA world yet again.
