Former PRIDE heavyweight, and British born fighter, James Thompson competed in Poland this evening in the co-main event of KSW XVII: Revenge against the world’s strongest man, Mariusz Pudzianowski.
After two rounds, KSW features two round matches with an overtime third round for draws, which saw Thompson control much of the first, the judges scored the bout for Pudzianowski by unanimous decision.
After the world’s strongest man thanked the crowd, Thompson grabbed the Mike and went off on the promotion in anger.
“F**king joke. Give Mariusz a big round of applause. Come on. What a f***ing joke. I thought KSW was really trying to be serious. If you can watch that back and call that serious, then (looking at the promoter) you’re f***ed, and KSW is going down the f***ing toilet.”
