A fun featherweight fight has been added to UFC 268.

The addition of a featherweight fight between two of the most violent strikers in the division has further cemented UFC 268 as a must-see event.

On Friday afternoon, Marcel Dorff of MMA DNA reported Shane Burgos and Billy Quarantillo are fighting in November, with both fighters confirming the news on their respective social media accounts.

Burgos is currently on a career-first two-fight losing streak. The ‘Hurricane’ dropped a unanimous decision to Josh Emmett at UFC on ESPN: Blaydes vs. Volkov and was knocked out by Edson Barboza at UFC 262. Burgos previously defeated Kurt Holobaugh, Cub Swanson and Makwan Amirkhani before the losses to Emmett and Barboza.

Quarantillo earned a UFC contract on an episode of Dana White’s Contender Series and introduced himself to the promotion with three consecutive victories over Jacob Kilburn, Spike Carlyle and Kyle Nelson in a year. ‘Billy Q’ was on an eight-fight win streak before he met Gavin Tucker at UFC 256, where he was defeated by unanimous decision. Quarantillo has since rebounded from the loss to Tucker with a ‘Fight of the Night’ awarded performance against Gabriel Benitez at UFC on ESPN: Makhachev vs. Moises.

UFC 268 takes place on Saturday, Nov. 6, live from the Madison Square Garden Arena in New York City. Two championship rematches serve as the main and co-main event of the evening. Kamaru Usman and Colby Covington share the Octagon once again for the welterweight title, while Rose Namajunas and Zhang Weili meet for the second time this year for the strawweight title.
