Bellator Fighting Championships’ first female tournament winner.

Bellator officials today announced that Esparza has
officially replaced an injured Angela Magana and will face Megumi Fujii in a tourney bout at Thursday’s Bellator 24 event.

Bellator 24, which kicks off the organization’s 12-week third season,
takes place Aug. 12 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in
Hollywood, Fla., and the main card airs live on FOX Sports Net.
