Nyet Nyet?

Two-division titleholder Daniel Cormier, affectionately known as the “champ champ” among MMA fans, is already being called the greatest light heavyweight champion to ever compete in UFC, based on his skill, as well as his squeaky-clean image.

Now, “DC” has the opportunity to earn that distinction at heavyweight, too, assuming he can turn away WWE import and former collegiate wrestling kingpin Brock Lesnar when they collide for the Olympian’s 265-pound strap in early 2019.

Since he’s already the greatest light heavyweight of all time, I guess that would make him the GOAT GOAT.

Cormier (21-1, 1 NC), no longer competing in the shadow of Jon Jones after “Bones” took himself out of the equation, moved up to heavyweight and whooped Stipe Miocic at UFC 266, which prompted the return of Lesnar.

A move that was probably designed to help with this.

Lesnar never really did much in UFC to be considered one of the greats, but is arguably one of the biggest names (and biggest draws) in combat sports, thanks in part to his run in pro wrestling.

Speaking of which…
