Chan Sung Jung Shocks Canadian Fans With Seven-Second Knockout Of Mark Hominick

UFC featherweight Chan Sung Jung, aka ‘The Korean Zombie’, had talked about having superior striking to his opponent Mark Hominick leading up to Saturday nights (Dec. 10, 2011) UFC 140 bout at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario.

It took Jung seven-seconds to back those words up, finishing the former UFC title contender in the opening moments of the match.

At the sound of the bell ‘The Machine’ came out over aggressive throwing a wild looping left hook, Jung responded with a right hand to Hominick’s chin putting his opponent to the mat. ‘The Korean Zombie’ rushed in to land four more punches before referee Herb Dean was able to jump in and stop the fight at 7-seconds.
