Flyweights Ryan Benoit and Fredy Serrano will now kick-start the pay-per-view portion of the night from Atlanta and the Philips Arena, while heavyweights Anthony Hamilton and Damian Grabowski have been elevated from the UFC Fight Pass prelims to the televised FOX Sports 2 portion of the lineup.

Scoggins was well over the flyweight limit Thursday night when his body stopped working correctly. Instead of moving fighters around, the UFC just took McCall off the lineup completely.
