Colby Covington pressing charges against Fabricio Werdum: ‘He will probably end up in prison’

Hey, remember when UFC featherweight champion Cris Cyborg got sick of Angela Magana’s trash talk and slugged “Your Majesty” at the UFC summit earlier this year in Las Vegas?

If not, refresh your memory here.

That’s kind of where we’re at with the whole Fabricio Werdum vs. Colby Covington fiasco in Sydney, Australia, with the addition of an airborne boomerang (video). One that could land “Vai Cavalo” into trouble with law enforcement now that “Chaos” intends to press charges.

Seriously.

“He fucked up,” Covington told MMA Fighting. “There’s video and I speak the truth. He will be exposed soon, probably end up in Australia prison. He wrote a check his ass can’t cash. He’s on video so all his lies will be told soon.”

Magana went to the cops, as well.

Hopefully Covington waits until Sunday to play rat. Werdum is expected to headline Saturday night’s (Nov. 18, 2017) UFC Fight Night 121 event on FOX Sports 1 (results) and losing the Brazilian would strand Marcin Tybura without an opponent.

Again.
