Apart from being a goldmine of trash talking quotes, Colby Covington is also known for his undying support and loyalty to US President Donald Trump. So when POTUS announced his COVID-19 diagnosis late last week, “Chaos” was expectedly caught in the crossfire of criticisms that came with it.

Not to be outdone, Covington fired back at their critics, starting off by announcing that he is virus-free. He then directed his attention to the “slime in Hollywood and woke sports” who had something unfavorable to say about the President’s current health status.
For the people who constantly slander my name, but are all of a sudden concerned with my health and well being: I’m COVID free. I’ve been tested 7 times in the past 3 weeks, including prior to and after meeting with the POTUS. I was also tested during fight week, as well as before and after the debate. ALL NEGATIVE.

Covington developed a personal relationship with the president over the past couple of years. After receiving a congratulatory call from the man himself when he beat Tyron Woodley two weeks ago, Colby was invited as a guest of team Trump during the first presidential debate on Tuesday.
