Former PRIDE and Strikeforce champion Dan Henderson isn’t done in MMA yet. As a matter of fact, he’s not done in the UFC earlier.

The UFC light heavyweight posted message on Facebook Tuesday announcing he’d re-signed with the organization:

If you haven’t heard the news yet, as of today I will not be fighting in the UFC…

but come March 23 I will be! Hendo vs Shogun II Ufc Fight Night 38

At the time, Henderson did not disclose the terms of the arrangement.

As reported by Ariel Helwani on Fox Sports 1’s UFC Tonight on Wednesday, Henderson has signed a six-fight deal with the UFC, although financial terms were not disclosed.

Henderson reportedly didn’t get all the deal points he was looking for, but was able to get close enough to sign on the dotted line.

Earlier this month, Henderson told Helwani on The MMA Hour he and the UFC were ‘a little far apart‘ in striking a deal and that UFC was offering a contract worth less than half of the previous contract. Still, Helwani reported Henderson is happy to end his mixed martial arts career with the UFC.

As Henderson indicated in his Facebook message, he faces Mauricio ‘Shogun’ Rua at UFC Fight Night 38 on March 23rd. His record stands at 29-11.
