UFC president Dana White was forced to explain several mix-ups that went down this past weekend during UFC 205.

Included in that was Ronda Rousey “storming” off the weigh-in stage after a face-off with Amanda Nunes. The two meet in December at UFC 207 for the bantamweight title in Rousey’s return for the first time since 2015.

“She was never supposed to speak, and neither was Amanda,” White said (thanks to MMAjunkie for the quotes). “My production guy screwed that up. It made Ronda look bad again – like she just stormed off. They were not supposed to do an interview. They were supposed to go out there and square off, and they were both supposed to walk away.”

White added that his team is “not perfect all the time. Our team, we made a lot of mistakes coming into this event that I’m not happy about.”
