Another significant Bellator fighter will be competing in St. Louis.

Former Bellator featherweight champion Daniel Straus will take on Henry Corrales at Bellator 138 on June 19 in Missouri, the organization announced Tuesday. It will be the second fight on a loaded main card.

Straus (23-6) has lost two of three, but both of those defeats came against elite Bellator featherweights Patricio Freire and Pat Curran. Straus fell to champion Freire at Bellator 132 in January via fourth-round submission. The fight, one of the best of the year so far, was very close up until that point. Straus, 30, also owns a win over Curran in his career and is still not very far from another 145-pound title shot.

Corrales (12-0) is an undefeated prospect and former champion out of California’s King of the Cage promotion. He has finished his last four opponents, three of them by knockout. Corrales, 28, knocked out Aaron Neveu in the second round at KOTC: Coming Home in March.

Bellator 138 will be headlined by MMA legend Ken Shamrock taking on Kimbo Slice in a fight that was initially supposed to happen in 2008. In the co-main event, Freire will defend his title against Daniel Weichel, who replaced the injured Georgi Karakhanyan last week.

Also on the main card will be a heavyweight feature fight between Bobby Lashley and James Thompson and a lightweight contender bout pitting former champion Michael Chandler against Derek Campos.
