Dillon Danis wasn’t too impressed with Colby Covington’s dominant win over Robbie Lawler at UFC Newark.

Colby Covington put on a dominant performance on Saturday night against former UFC welterweight champion Robbie Lawler. “Chaos” earned a unanimous decision verdict, likely putting him next in line to challenge current titleholder Kamaru Usman.

Covington kept the fight standing for the most part, setting a new UFC record for 533 total strike attempts. While many were impressed by his performance, others threw shade at it.

One of them was Bellator welterweight fighter Dillon Danis, who shared his reaction on Twitter.

Danis himself is a known talker online, and this not the first time he’s thrown jabs at Covington. The likelihood of them fighting each other, however, is slim to none, as of the moment. He currently holds a 2-0 record since making his Bellator debut in April of last year.

Covington is currently on a seven-fight win streak, beating the likes of Demian Maia and Rafael dos Anjos along the way. He holds a record of 15-1 (with seven wins by stoppage).
