Nate Diaz doubles down on the fact that he won’t fight at UFC 244 if the UFC or USADA doesn’t clear up his adverse finding.

It is seeming less and less likely that Nate Diaz is willing to fight next weekend at UFC 244.

After revealing there was an adverse finding in one of his drug samples, Diaz posted a second tweet Friday night with an ultimatum for the UFC: say he is not guilty or he’s not fighting in the foreseeable future.

“Clear my name or I ain’t doin sh-t,” Diaz wrote in a tweet directed at the UFC and promotion president Dana White.

As of now, Diaz is scheduled to fight welterweight contender Jorge Masvidal in the highly anticipated UFC 244 main event next Saturday at Madison Square Garden in New York. The UFC has created a one-off “Baddest Motherf-cker” — better known as “BMF” — belt to award the winner with.

On Thursday, Diaz said in a lengthy post that he “tested with elevated levels,” which could be a result of a contaminated supplement, he said. Diaz, long known for being anti-PEDs, maintained his innocence throughout the post. He said he won’t make it to the fight with Masvidal, and won’t compete until “UFC, USADA, or whoever is f-cking with me fixes it.”

Diaz has not been suspended by USADA for an anti-doping violation at this time, according to ESPN. Diaz reportedly tested positive for trace amounts of a prohibited selective androgen receptor module (SARM). As of now, Masvidal vs. Diaz is still on and there is hope it can go forward as planned.

That said, Diaz seems keen on not competing until the situation is sorted out entirely.

“I dont give a f-ck about some money over my dignity and my legacy,” Diaz wrote in his first post Thursday.

USADA and the UFC have yet to comment on the situation. USADA told Bloody Elbow it hopes to release a statement “as soon as possible.”
