Much like the rest of the world dealing with the widespread COVID-19 pandemic, former UFC heavyweight title challenger Francis Ngannou is doing whatever he can to stay in shape and pass the time in quarantine.

One of the more popular social media trends taking place right now is the push-up challenge. With limited access to fitness centers and every day workout routines, people have started to bulk up from the comfort of their own homes while sharing their results with the masses. This includes MMA fighters as well, who are doing whatever they can to maintain optimal shape.

Ngannou, who is one of the most physically imposing fighters to ever step foot inside of the Octagon, is taking the popular push-up challenge to an entirely new level. For “Predator,” who is widely considered to be the best knockout artist in MMA today, one hand is enough to put his push-up game on the map.

“I see your push-up challenges. They are funny. But nobody do one hand,” wrote Ngannou via Twitter (shown above) before calling out the likes of Conor McGregor, Israel Adesanya, and Kamaru Usman.

If you’ve ever tried to do a one-handed push-up you can understand the level of difficulty, especially for a hulking heavyweight like Ngannou. Just goes to show how strong “Predator” truly is. After all, Ngannou shattered the world record for punching power back in 2017.

Ngannou, 33, has recorded three-straight knockout victories over Cain Velasquez, Junior dos Santos, and Curtis Blaydes since November 2018. He likely only needs one more Octagon win to lock down his second UFC title shot.
