This past week on Tuesday the 29th of November, four of the upcoming UFC Japan event headliners took some time to visit the Keio University in Japan to do some Shorinji Kempo training. On hand were UFC lightweight champ Frankie Edgar, his opponent Ben Henderson, along with former UFC light heavyweight champ Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson and his opponent Ryan Bader.
The fighters will appear on the UFC 144 (aka UFC Japan) card on February 26 at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan.
