Oh cool, another social media “challenge” … a word that is quickly approaching “hack” as the most overused and annoying word on the Internet.

Anyway, the “10-year challenge” asks users on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to post two pictures, side-by-side, separated by 10 years. So, if I was bored enough, I would take a photo from Jan. 2009 (or as close as I could get) and compare it to one from 2019.

Spoiler alert: I still look like a douchebag, just a little more wrinkly, but I guess it beats dumping a bucket of ice water over my head.

As with any challenge, users will often make comedic modifications. For example, UFC veteran Mike Chiesa sent promotion president Dana White a picture of his bald head next to an egg, because the resemblance is uncanny.

But he may have been one-upped by former boxing champion Mike Tyson.

While it’s not the 10-year challenge, the egg became famous for breaking Kylie Jenner’s Instagram record for most likes, because that is the world we live in, so the photo has been making the rounds, and now it’s here on MMAmania.com.

I’ll see myself out.
