Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is back with episode two of its UFC 239 “Embedded” video series, featuring a behind-the-scenes look at some of the top names competing this Sat. night (July 6, 2019) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Headlining the UFC 239 pay-per-view (PPV) fight card is the light heavyweight showdown between 205-pound champion, Jon Jones, and top contender, Thiago Santos. In the UFC co-main event, Amanda Nunes defends her women’s bantamweight strap opposite former 135-pound titleholder, Holly Holm.

The most interesting thing about this video, at least from my perspective, is Jorge Masvidal — who fights Ben Askren on the UFC 239 main card — using his head as a battering ram at the promotion’s performance institute. I guess he missed that time Washington Redskins quarterback, Gus Frerotte, sprained his neck doing the same type of move.
