Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is inching closer to its upcoming UFC 237 pay-per-view (PPV) mixed martial arts (MMA) event on ESPN+, set to take place this Sat. night (May 11, 2019) inside Jeunesse Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, featuring a strawweight title fight between reigning 115-pound champion, Rose Namajunas, and top division contender, Jessica Andrade.
As part of the traditional pre-fight festivities, select participants from this weekend’s extravaganza gathered on Thursday for the combat sports media, where they promoted what is sure to be a slam-bang night of fights, which also includes the middleweight showdown between Anderson Silva and Jared Cannonier, as well as the featherweight pairing that pits Jose Aldo opposite Alexander Volkanovski.
