UFC 248 brought us a lackluster main event between Yoel Romero and Israel Adesanya, but the co-headliner stole the show with Weili Zhang and Joanna Jedrzejczyk putting on an epic bout for the ages.
The promotion has released the ‘Fight Motion’ edition for UFC 248, where you can relive that instant classic of a match up. On the clip above, you can watch the big shots that Zhang and Jedrzejczyk landed, along with how that intense hematoma grew (and wobbled) on each strike — all in super slow motion.
They also showed clips from the previous bouts, along with “highlights” of the pretty uneventful main event.
Both women put everything on the line, and luckily Joanna and Weili have been both released from the hospital without major injuries. Interestingly enough, it’s actually Adesanya’s foot that will have to be checked further.
