With Niko Price expecting his sixth child, opponent Alex Oliveira gives him some unsolicited advice.

UFC welterweight Niko Price recently revealed on social media that he and his wife are expecting their sixth child. Usually, such announcements are met with congratulatory messages, but Price’s UFC Vegas 38 opponent Alex Oliveira is going the other way.

Oliveira, a father to 11 children, recently spoke to MMA Fighting and had some unsolicited advice for “The Hybrid.”

“I’d tell him, ’If you can get a vasectomy already, do it, brother.’ I was sexist. ‘Will it continue the same way after surgery?’ And I got 11. If I had done surgery before, I would have gotten only four or five [kids].

“That’s my advice for him, man. Know the truth. Get the surgery done already because it seems that condoms can’t stop us.”

The Brazilian “Cowboy” is looking to erase a two-fight skid. He last saw action at UFC 261 against Randy Brown and lost via first-round submission.

Price, on the other hand, is attempting to get out of a two-year win drought. He last fought at UFC 264 against Michel Pereira and lost via unanimous decision.

UFC Vegas 38 happens this Saturday at the APEX. Headlining the event are light heavyweights Thiago Santos and Johnny Walker.
