Mike Perry continued to roll in in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) last night (Sat., Dec. 2, 2023) at BKFC 56 when he stopped former UFC Lightweight Eddie Alvarez via corner stoppage to claim the ‘King of Violence’ title live on FITE.TV pay-per-view (PPV) from inside Maverik Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The first round did not go well for Perry as Alvarez was by far the faster boxer. Alvarez tuned Perry up for the full three minutes as Perry did not move his head and just walked forward.

In the second round, the tide started to turn as Perry used his strength and power to overwhelm Alvarez, even though Alvarez was still landing. Perry stunned Alvarez with a big right hand, which ultimately shut the eye of the former UFC champion.

Between rounds two and three, Alvarez told his corner he could not see, which caused the end of the fight. And New.

Check out the video highlights below:

Perry moves to 4-0 in BKFC with wins over Alvarez, Luke Rockhold, Michael Venom Page, and Julian Lane. Alvarez suffers his first loss in BKFC, moving to 1-1 in the promotion.
