Alexandr Romanov remained undefeated earlier today (Sat., Oct. 9, 2021) at UFC Vegas 39 live on ESPN+ from inside UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, when the heavyweight contender smashed Jared Vanderaa with a second-round TKO (punches).
Romanov needed to prove something after his last performance against Juan Espino and the Moldovan contender did just that. “King Kong” was able to land multiple slamming takedowns in the first round to really sap Vanderaa and tire him heading into the second. That’s when Romanov brought the action to the canvas again and battered his counterpart with heavy ground-and-pound for the eventual finish.
