Octagon veteran Douglas Silva de Andrade banked another memorable finish earlier tonight (Sat., Oct. 2, 2021) at UFC Vegas 38 live on ESPN+ from inside UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, when the Brazilian ended bantamweight prospect Gaetano Pirrello via first-round knockout (punches).
Pirrello came out firing some hard leg kicks, but that didn’t stop Silva de Andrade from moving inside and trying to land his power. After a brief exchange along the cage that left Pirrello covering up Silva de Andrade launched a hellacious left hook as Pirrello was throwing a kick. The punch instantly put Pirrello on the canvas and allowed Silva de Andrade to land a monstrous hammer fist to officially end the fight.
