Flyweights Ian McCall and Ray Borg are scheduled to meet at UFC 203, in Cleveland, Ohio.
Looks like Ian McCall will not go too long without a fight after all.
Following the last minute cancelation of his match against Justin Scoggins at UFC 201, after Scoggins was unable to make weight, the Los Angeles Daily News reported that “Uncle Creepy” will now meet Ray Borg at UFC 203, in Cleveland, Ohio.
McCall (13-5-1) hasn’t fought ever since a unanimous decision loss to John Lineker back in January 2015. His last win was a unanimous decision over Brad Pickett in July 2014. Before that, he had also a decision win over Iliarde Santos, which marks McCall’s only win streak in the UFC.
Borg (9-2) had his three-fight win streak snapped when he dropped a unanimous decision to Justin Scoggins in February. Before that, he held wins over the likes of Geane Herrera, Chris Kelades, and Shane Howell.
UFC 203 is scheduled to happen in Cleveland, Ohio, on September 10. The card will be headlined by a heavyweight title fight between champion Stipe Miocic and challenger Alistair Overeem.
