UFC women’s bantamweight Julie Kedzie (16-11) was a guest on TapouT Radio earlier today offering her thoughts on the first appearance of females inside the Octagon with UFC champ Ronda Rousey’s victory over Liz Carmouche. Of course the question was asked about how she feels she would fair against the champ.
“I wouldn’t be in this sport if I didn’t think I could beat everybody. And I do believe in my heart that I can beat Ronda Rousey. Whether or not I’m ready at this point in my grappling development and my development as a fighter, I don’t know. I definitely see areas where I think I could capitalize, but you know again I know it’s very popular thing to do to call people out saying ‘You suck here, I’m going to beat you here.’ It’s never been my way of doing things, it’s not going to be my way of doing things. However I do have a plan in mind should I have the opportunity to face her and I do believe I would win.”
UFC Female Bantamweight Julie Kedzie gives her take on UFC Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey’s title fight with Liz Carmouche and how she feel’s she’d fair against the Champ, with Punk-Ass, Skyscrape & Ricky Bones on TapouT Radio. You can catch TapouT Radio every Thursday from 2-4pm EST on Sirius 92 XM 208 & online with the SiriusXM App on Sportszone.
