The UFC’s March 8 event in London has lost one of its key support bouts.

Flyweight Ian McCall had to pull out of his UFC Fight Night 37 matchup with Brad Pickett because of an unspecified injury. UFC president Dana White made the announcement Thursday during a meeting with Las Vegas-area reporters at Zuffa headquarters.

Pickett (23-8), the longtime bantamweight contender from Britain, is gearing up for his flyweight debut. The four-time Fight of the Night winner is 3-3 in the UFC, with his most recent fight a submission loss to Michael McDonald.

McCall (12-4-1) ended a four-fight winless streak (0-3-1) with a decision victory over Illiarde Santos on August 3. This marks his second straight fight pullout, as he had to withdraw from a UFC on FOX 9 match against Scott Jorgensen as well.

No word yet on a replacement for McCall.
