The official weigh-ins for this weekend’s Invicta Fighting Championship 4 event are set to take place this Friday with the promotion planning a free live video stream for the event.
The weigh-ins will take place at the Aladdin Holiday Inn Hotel Downtown in Kansas City, while Saturday’s (Jan. 5, 2013) event goes down at the Memorial Hall in the same city. Saturday’s live event will air via pay-per-view ($7.95) at InvictaFC.com, the first event to do so following three free events.
Invicta FC 4 is headlined by the crowning of the promotions first straweweight (115-lbs) champion as Carla Esparza takes on replacement fighter Australian Bec Hyatt. The co-main event has Shayna Baszler taking on Canadian fighter Alexis Davis.
