Invicta Fighting Championships announced the lineup for the promotions next event, Invicta FC 6: Cyborg vs. Coenen II is expected to take place on July 13, 2013 at the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri.
The online pay-per-view event will see former Strikeforce champions Cristiane ‘Cyborg’ Santos (11-1) and Marloes Coenen (21-5) square off in a rematch for the inaugural Invicta featherweight title.
Their first meeting took place back in January 2010, with Santos walking away with a third round TKO finish to capture the Strikeforce belt.
Meanwhile, Invicta strawweight champ Carla Esparza (9-2) is set to defend her title against undefeated Japanese fighter Ayaka Hamasaki (9-0) in the co-main event.
The promotion will put the entire event online via pay-per-view with the last show costing fans just $10.
