According to The Guam Daily Post Jon Tuck, 35, has been arrested on suspicion of third- and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. The former UFC fighter was arrested in Tumon, Guam on Monday.

Tuck was arrested after an investigation was conducted by Guam Police Department’s Domestic Assault Response Team. No further details regarding the case have been released by investigators.

According to the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) Guam defines third degree criminal sexual conduct as:

– that other person is at least 14 years of age and is under 16 years of age;

– force or coercion is used to accomplish the sexual penetration; or

– the actor knows or has reason to know that the victim is mentally defective, mentally incapacitated or physically helpless.

Guam’s definition of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct (also according to RAINN) is:

Engaging in sexual contact with another person where…

– force or coercion is used to accomplish the sexual contact;

– the actor knows or has reason to know that the victim is mentally defective, mentally incapacitated or physically helpless.

In Guam criminal sexual conduct can be punishable by a minimum of 25 years imprisonment. These crimes may also be punishable by life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.

Tuck’s most recent MMA fight came on December 29th in Saitama, Japan as part of Bellator & Rizin: Japan. That was his first bout since being cut from the UFC. Tuck had competed for the UFC since 2012.

He first appeared for ZUFFA on The Ultimate Fighter: Live. After that he had nine professional bouts in the promotion against opponents that include Kevin Lee, Takanori Gomi and, most recently, Drew Dober.
