Jon Jones remains positive through his recent run-in with the law.

Jon Jones once again got himself in trouble with the law late last month when he was arrested for DWI and negligent use of a firearm. As seen in a police body cam footage that recently surfaced, a half-empty bottle of Jorge Masvidal’s Recuerdo Mezcal and a handgun were found inside the UFC light heavyweight champion’s vehicle on the early hours of March 26 in Albuquerque.

The 32-year-old fighter was taken into custody after failing sobriety tests conducted by responding police officers. Jones was eventually released and later pled guilty to the DWI charge, for which he was required to undergo a minimum of 90 days of outpatient treatment as well as 96 hours in a community custody program.

But even through these repeated wrongdoings, “Bones” has managed to see the positive side of things. For him, such mistakes do not define his entire personality.

Jones also interacted more with fans about the topic:

Jones also admitted to having an “unhealthy relationship with alcohol,” which he promises to resolve.
