Japanese fighter Katsunori Kikuno will get another UFC fight on his home turf, when he faces Diego Brandao at UFC Fight Night 75 in Saitama, Japan, on Sept. 26, sources close to the situation told MMAFighting.com.
Kikuno (22-7-2), who earned his last UFC win with a submission victory over Sam Sicilia in the same arena last September, looks to get back to the win column following a 91-second loss to Kevin Souza in March.
Brandao (19-10), winner of the 14th season of The Ultimate Fighter, snapped a two-fight losing skid with a stoppage victory over Jimy Hettes in April. The Brazilian featherweight currently holds a 5-3 UFC record.
UFC Fight Night 75 takes place at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan, and features a heavyweight clash between Josh Barnett and Roy Nelson in the main event. In the co-main event, Gegard Mousasi draws Roan Carneiro.
