Dustin Jacoby made his first Octagon appearance in nearly nine years earlier tonight (Sat., Oct. 31, 2020) at UFC Vegas 12 live on ESPN+ from inside UFC APEX in Las Vegas, and he ended up finishing light heavyweight veteran Justin Ledet via first-round TKO (punches).
While Ledet got his hands going early Jacoby was able to control the action and stay on the outside with vicious leg kicks. Jacoby’s attacks eventually hurt Ledet bad and forced him to the canvas. That’s when Jacoby pounced on top for the finishing punches before the referee stepped in.

With this performance, Jacoby not only makes his first Octagon appearance since 2012 but he captures his first official UFC win. Jacoby is a more polished fighter this time around compared to his first UFC stint and should be able to use his finishing ability to slowly climb the 205-pound ladder.
