Boxing icon Manny Pacquiao signed to fight Errol Spence Jr. later this summer.

But “Pac Man” was supposed to be fighting Mikey Garcia, according to a multi-million dollar breach of contract lawsuit filed by Paradigm Sports Management — the same agency that previously tried to finagle a showdown between Pacquiao and former UFC champ Conor McGregor.

The Athletic first brought word of the legal filing over the weekend.

The lawsuit includes an injunction to stop Pacquiao-Spence from happening on Aug. 21 and could leave the Filipino pugilist on the hook for a $3.3 million advance he was paid during negotiations with Garcia, along with other damages.

Pacquiao, 42, doesn’t appear to be rattled by the news and continues to post training footage and countdown tweets to the upcoming Spence fight. “Pac Man” hasn’t seen the inside of a ring since capturing a split-decision win over Keith Thurman in July 2019.

Expect more details on this lawsuit in the coming weeks, if not days.
