Bringing you the weird and wild from the world of MMA each and every weeknight!

Welcome to Midnight Mania!

Unless Conor McGregor returns for a second fight in 2021 — which is far from a guarantee — UFC 257 holds a fair chance at being the biggest pay-per-view (PPV) of the year. With that additional attention comes a fair amount of extra betting options and prop bets, as degenerate gamblers committed fight fans can use all their experience to potentially make a couple bucks.

There you have it.

Forced to choose, I quite like the odds on McGregor scoring a knockdown at -150. He doesn’t even have to win for that to hit! Otherwise, Poirier seems rather unlikely to leave 155 lbs., regardless of how this fight plays out. He only seemed to be talking about Welterweight because McGregor did, so -165 feels rather safe too.

But hey, that’s just my opinion — don’t come to me with failed bet slips!
