UFC on FOX: Johnson vs. Dodson (aka UFC on FOX 6) is scheduled to take place on January 26, 2013 at the United Center in Chicago Illinois.
Kuiper was originally set to face Thiago Perpetuo at UFC on FX 7 last weekend and then Caio Magalhaes when Perpetuo pulled out injured. Then Magalhaes too came up lame and was replaced by Buddy Roberts, but the bout was now scheduled for the FOX show.
Kuiper is 1-1 so far in the Octagon, having earned his first win last August at UFC 150 by stopping opponent Jared Hamman via TKO. The Dutch fighter would drop his Octagon debut, as well as suffering the first defeat of his career, in February of last year by losing a decision to Rafael Natal.
Janousek had been signed as a late replacement for Roberts and would have made his UFC debut at the FOX event. Janousek is on a six fight win streak which includes three decision wins and three finishes.
