Bringing you the weird and wild from the world of MMA each and every weeknight
Welcome to Midnight Mania!
Francis Ngannou is looking to rebound from his first UFC defeat, a five-round decision loss to champion Stipe Miocic at UFC 220. In order to take the next steps in his development, the talented African has moved his training to Syndicate Mixed Martial Arts ahead of his UFC 226 bout with fellow heavy hitter Derrick Lewis.
He is looking light on his feet with this pad work.

Per Damon Martin of FloCombat, Ngannou is also training at Xtreme Couture, where he can work with striking coach Ray Sefo and Sambo master Blagoy Ivanov, who is set to make his UFC debut against Junior Dos Santos.
He is missing out on those high-tech Performance Institute treadmills though.
Looks like Francis Ngannou is training at @SyndicateMMA for his upcoming fight against Derrick Lewis at #UFC226.
Francis was previously training at the UFC PI and with his coach in France. Looks like he’s now at Syndicate ahead of his return in July. https://t.co/iNqt5BY4Mr

Derrick Lewis, for his part, is ready to open up with the heavy firepower against Ngannou.

This is a good matchup between Myles Jury and Chad Mendes on Mendes’ first fight back from a two-year suspension.
This is not a fun feeling
TJ Dillashaw thinks Vasyl Lomachenko is untouchable as he is set to box Jorge Linares next weekend
“Man, I think he’s untouchable.”
That’s what #UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw had to say about #boxing star Vasyl Lomachenko after training with him again.
Lomachenko returns to the ring & ESPN this weekend vs. Jorge Linares.

Well done, whoever turned Kevin Lee’s stanky leg into this. (It was apparently a guy who calls himself @rayrod747)
Bisping says he’s never making middleweight again and would happily jump up to light heavyweight to fight Luke Rockhold if he beats Alexander Gustafsson.
Honestly………… I don’t know. But, I hear the last person I knocked out may be fighting for an interim belt. If he wins I’m in. I’m 225 right now and pretty ripped. Never making 185 again. https://t.co/OWz2gxfSUZ
