Nate Diaz delivered what is by far the biggest win of his lengthy MMA career when he stopped previously surging featherweight champion Conor McGregor in the main event of tonight’s (Sat., March 5, 2016) UFC 196 from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
‘The Notorious’ badly bloodied Diaz early with his patented left hand, but seemed to fade in the second when the Stockton smack talker opened up with his patented boxing, leaving an opening for Diaz to lock on a super-tight rear naked choke for the jaw-dropping win.
