Jairzinho Rozenstruik continued his ridiculous knockout streak last night (Sat., Dec. 7, 2019) at UFC on ESPN 7 live on ESPN from inside Capital One Arena in Washington D.C., when he claimed his fourth-straight finish after taking out Alistair Overeem with seconds left in their main event affair.
Not only did “Bigi Boy” plant Overeem on his butt with one powerful right-handed knockout, but he split the veteran’s lip open like we’ve never seen before. You can see that gnarly injury HERE.
After the fight, Rozenstruik took full advantage of his post-fight interview (shown below) to call out fellow heavyweight destroyer Francis Ngannou. After all, Rozenstruik’s recent success inside of the Octagon mirrors that of Ngannou when he first started out in UFC.

“I want to be back like March or April and I really want to fight this big scary guy, Francis Ngannou,” said Rozenstruik. “If you hear this right now I hope you accept this fight. Let’s give these people a real show.”
Ngannou, who has been itching to land a fight with just about anybody, was quick to respond and pay “Bigi Boy” some respect for his lip-splitting knockout finish over Overeem, who Ngannou defeated as well via knockout back in 2017.
I heard you babayga. You made yourself very clear tonight. Congrats on your come back by the way.#uncrowndedchamp ??#UFCDC

“I heard you babayga,” wrote Ngannou via Twitter. “You made yourself very clear tonight. Congrats on your come back by the way.”
Rozenstruik, 31, has burst onto the MMA scene after making his UFC debut this past February. The Suriname native has compiled a 4-0 record inside of the Octagon while finishing former UFC champions and title contenders in the process. If UFC wants to continue to strike while the iron is hot — which is something the promotion typically tends to do — they should really think about booking Ngannou vs. Rozenstruik in early 2020.
After all, “Bigi Boy” truly believes he can finish “Predator” like he’s being doing to the rest of the UFC’s heavyweight division.
“I think it’s going to be a really good fight,” Rozenstruik said about a potential clash with Ngannou. “I mean he’s strong, he’s big. Even when I’m going to look at him like you’re big, you’re scary but we have to do it.
“For me, sure [I can knock him out]. If I hit you, if I get that big head of him, yeah we will see right away, for sure.”
