A few days ago, it was reported that current Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Flyweight contender Rachael Ostovich was the victim of a domestic violence attack after she was allegedly attacked by her husband, Titan FC fighter Arnold Berdon.

Indeed, the second degree assault ultimately forced Ostovich — who suffered a broken orbital bone — to withdraw from her Paige VanZant fight, which was set to go down a the promotion’s upcoming debut on ESPN+ on Jan. 19, 2019 inside Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Now, TMZ Sports is reporting that Rachael was granted a temporary restraining order on her husband, which will be good until May 18, 2019. According to the TMZ report, Berdon is seeking legal counsel in an attempt to clear his name, citing self defense as the cause of the incident.

Ostovich was last seen losing to Montana De La Rosa this past July, bringing her record to 1-1 in her young UFC career.
