Conor McGregor hates the music industry.

To be fair, he also hates the transportation department, wireless phone carriers, and members of AARP, which may explain his public meltdowns over the last few years. It’s a shame we no longer get that same energy inside the Octagon.

McGregor was back in the headlines last weekend after allegedly face-busting Italian disc jockey Francesco Facchinetti, who told his social media followers that “Notorious” left him with a broken nose inside a popular nightclub in Rome.

“Coked up Conor likes to play tough guy with musicians,” celebrity boxer Jake Paul wrote on Twitter. “Conor PLEASE try and do something when you see me!!”

Paul has been trying to finagle a fight with the trash-talking Irishman after melting Nate Robinson under the Triller banner in late 2020. “The Problem Child” is currently 4-0 with three knockouts and holds boxing victories over former UFC welterweights Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley.

The chances of landing a McGregor fight, however, seem remote. “Notorious” is still healing from a broken leg suffered in his latest loss to Dustin Poirier and remains under contract with UFC, so unless something dramatic happens, this feud will be relegated to social media for the foreseeable future.
