Michel Pereira tells fans they can expect much more after his wild knockout win over Danny Roberts at UFC Rochester.

Apparently one minute and 47 seconds was not enough time for Octagon newcomer Michel Pereira to show all his wildness at UFC Rochester.

In a performance completely free of Octagon jitters, the Brazilian made quick work of Danny Roberts, beating ‘Hot Chocolate’ via flying knee-right hand combo knockout early into the first round, but the winning shot was far from the only flashy technique Pereira tried against his opponent. In fact, that’s what Michel’s career has been all about so far, but he still guarantees to be more where all of those moves come from.

“I’ve had better fights than this,” Pereira told Sherdog. “I fought very little in there. I couldn’t even show half of my skills. I still have a lot of fantastic moves to show the UFC fans.

“I’d like to fight with the best. I don’t choose opponents. I want to be the new showman in the UFC. This is who I am.”

Before his win over Danny Roberts, Michel Pereira (22-9-2 NC) picked up another knockout win, against Won Jun Choi, back in December 2018. The 25-year-old’s last loss happened just 14 days prior to that, when he dropped a unanimous decision to Dusko Todorovic.
